Finally we are moving into our home! We invite you, the supporters of our surrounding schools, to our Soft Opening Fundraiser Event on Saturday April 18th! We are proud to announce that 100% of proceeds will be split between our 5 local public schools; Commodore Sloat Elementary , Jose Ortega Elementary, Feinstein Elementary, Aptos Middle School, and Lowell High School.

For this practice event, we will be spacing out the timing of your arrivals.  You will be our VERY first guests. Needless to say, we are excited to host you all on our first go of operations; so we want to take this precaution to provide the best service we can. Thank you for taking the time to set up your reservation! I'm certain you will be surprised at just how good a burger (or salad) from BUILT will be!

From the team who created the build-your-own burger concept, BUILT® Custom Burgers by The Counter® is opening at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco. Serving the same premium, customizable burgers and burgers-in-a-bowl made famous at The Counter® but in a fast casual environment, guests can get in and out quickly while watching the team build their respective burger creations.

“At BUILT®, we’re giving our customers the same quality of ingredients and freedom they’d expect from The Counter®, only in a quicker way to accommodate their on-the-go schedules,” says Jeff Weinstein, Founder and co-CEO of The Counter®.

BUILT® - The Menu

Similar to The Counter®, BUILT® offers guests the flexibility of creating their own custom burger choosing from millions of possible combinations, from the protein and the bun to toppings and the sauces. However, unlike the signature clipboard menu synonymous with The Counter®, the new burger bar will feature a build-as-you-go process, where patrons can select the options in queue and witness burger building on the spot.

Step #1 - Choose a Burger: Pick a protein

Step #2 - Choose a Cheese

Step #3 - Choose a Style: On a bun or in a bowl, the choice is yours

Step #4 – Choose Unlimited Toppings: Fresh jalapenos, organic mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, sautéed onions, ripened red tomatoes, carrot stings, dill pickle chips, roasted red peppers

Step #5 - Choose a Sauce: Marry your choices with any of our housemade sauces, from Roasted Garlic Aioli and Buttermilk Ranch to BUILT® signature steak sauce and Tangy Thousand Island

Step #6 – Choose a Premium Topping:  Enhance the burger with fried eggs, sliced Hass avocados, Applewood smoked bacon

Step #7 – Choose a Side: Options include French fries, sweet potato fries, a seasonal slaw

Located on the outdoor concourse of Stonestown Galleria at 2531 20^th Ave. This marks BUILT®’s fourth location since debuting in downtown Los Angeles in March 2013, its second at the San Diego International Airport, and third at the University of Miami.
